A nice old bank building popular due to its prime beaches location. Service can be grudging & the food uneven. The draught beer selection is dull, dull, dull. It could be a much better pub if the patrons were more discriminating.

A friend and I went in to order some food for take-out tonight and the bartender didn't even acknowledge us. She was too caught up with the fact that someone bought her roses and started bragging to her co-worker that was sitting at the bar. We had to call her a few times to get her attention, even then she wasn't willing to serve us. When we finally placed our order with her it took her awhile to punch it in and when she was done she didn't even tell us how long the food should take! I had to ask her. We weren't offered a drink while we were waiting for our food...we were simply ignored. On top of that we heard her co-workers at the bar talking about us while she handed her a half pint of beer and said "top me up with Stella!" My friend and I were so mad that we just walked out and didn't go back. We ended up ordering food from across the street where the service was MUCH better and where our money was appreciated!
