On Oct 2, 2010, I had a surprise birthday party for my wife. The location on the fringe of Little Italy was perfect. Everyone commented about the good food and cool place for a party. At the end of the day, my wife and all our friends had a great time and memorable evening.
It's a great venue and I would highly recommend the Monarch for a party.
